PSU to Abit KV7 (Q-tec??)

I'm going to buy a new psu (Power Supply Unit) to my Abit KV7 (bios 1.3) card.
Currently I'm using a old Ashimata (???) 300 Watt PSU with a ELK papst fan (19 dB), and I'm looking for something more stable.

What about the Q-tec 400 Watt Dual fan?

Is it possible to change the fans into 80x80 EKL papst ?

Do yourself a big favour and dont get a Qtec. Too many people have too many problems with them.

If you want a good psu that doesnt cost as much as the big name brands, then Fortron have been recommended on here in the past.
